Foundation
The Health Come True (HCT) Foundation began as a student-led project at Yale University Medical School. Mammoth joined forces with HCT to tackle global healthcare challenges, starting with children in the most underserved communities of the Dominican Republic.
At Mammoth, we believe philanthropy is not just the right thing to do, but rather an essential component of who we are. Since 2019, we are the proud founding sponsor of the Health Come True Foundation (formerly known as the Yale International Clinic), a pediatric health clinic focused on providing care for underserved communities around the world.

Healthier Children Create
Healthier Communities
33% of children under 18 live in households that are forced to survive on less than $1.90 USD per day in the Dominican Republic [1]. Many of these children have never seen a physician or dentist due to lack of access to transportation and medical care. Together with HCT Foundation, we believe children can become agents of change for their communities by accessing the healthcare they need to thrive.
Healthcare Services Delivered to Those in Need
Since the inception of our partnership, we have successfully launched several clinics in Gauley Pizzarette, Dominican Republic. All HCT clinics are equipped to provide a range of healthcare services including; pediatric care, dental surgeries, medical education, research, and mental health education. Our diverse volunteer base includes medical and dental professionals and students from Yale University, Emory University, Harvard University, Universidad Central del Caribe (Puerto Rico), and Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
